Course description

Join the waitlist for the “Play with Ease” Online Course. This is a four-week course designed specifically for professional musicians and music students. You’ll learn exercises that improves muscular coordination, reducing unnecessary tension and enhancing musical expression and technique. By deepening the understanding about the physical demands of your instrument or voice, you’ll learn to play or sing while engaging muscles designed to stabilize and support you, rather than relying on muscles that may result in feeling uncomfortable, limited, exhausted or in pain. Each session will introduce tips and exercises that can be easily incorporated into your routine and can noticeably increase confidence and effortlessness when practicing or performing.

About me  

Tina Margareta Nilssen is a Norwegian musician, author of “Unleashing the potential of the musicians’ body” and founder of the method Timani and the Musicians' Health and Movement Institute. She has taught about the body in relation to playing or singing all around the world and at schools such as Juilliard in New York, Royal Danish Music Academy in Copenhagen, Royal College of Music in London and YST Conservatory in Singapore.
